For orders submitted by Customers through the ordering interface available in the online store operated at www.norikosushi.hu, an electronic contract is concluded between the Customer and the Noriko Sushi Bár restaurant accepting the order. The process is governed by the provisions set out in these General Terms and Conditions published below.

Steps of the Electronic Contract Formation Created by the Order

Registration in the www.norikosushi.hu Online Store

As a first step, the Customer is required to provide the requested information truthfully. After registration, the Customer will receive a registration confirmation email requesting approval at the provided email address. Registration can be confirmed by clicking the link included in the email. This confirmation is a prerequisite for placing orders in the online store using the registered data.

Login for Previously Registered Users

If the Customer has already registered previously, access to the ordering interface can be gained by entering the username and password in the “Login” section on the home delivery page of the website.

Selecting the Products to be Ordered

The product range is available in the online store by clicking the “Home Delivery” menu item. Ordering the selected products from the displayed product list constitutes the subject of the electronic contract concluded between the Customer and Noriko Gasztro Kft.

The purchase prices of the products include value added tax and packaging, but do not include delivery charges. Prices are displayed next to the products added to the cart from the product list.

Images of the products are provided for illustration purposes only and may not fully correspond to the appearance of the actual products.

Order Placement, Selection of Payment Method, Sending the Order

After compiling the desired contents of the cart, the order can be finalized by clicking the “Order” button.

On this interface, the Customer has the opportunity to verify the contents of the order and the delivery address details, after which the order is submitted by clicking the “Order” button.

Products marked for delivery can only be paid for upon receipt at the location using the payment method selected when placing the order.

The online credit card and other payment methods are processed through the Barion system. Credit card and other payment-related data are not shared with the merchant. The service provider, Barion Payment Zrt., is an institution supervised by the Hungarian National Bank. License number: H-EN-I-1064/2013.

Order Confirmation

Noriko Gasztro Kft. confirms receipt of the order electronically. The order and its confirmation are deemed received when they become accessible to both Noriko Gasztro Kft. and the Customer.

If the confirmation is not received within 10 minutes of submitting the order, the Customer may inquire about the status of the order via email at norikohazhozszallitas[a]gmail.com or by calling the restaurant’s phone number.

Delivery of the Ordered Products

The items included in the order are delivered by courier. Delivery is typically completed within 120 minutes following confirmation of the order.

Cancellation of Ordered Products

The Customer may cancel the order only within 5 minutes from placing the order, either personally by calling the restaurant’s phone number or in writing via email at norikohazhozszallitas[a]gmail.com.

Correction of Data Entry Errors

The contents of the “Cart” can be checked, modified, or deleted at any time before submitting the order, and personal data may also be modified at any time.

Written Form

The contract created by the order, confirmation, and final invoice does not qualify as a written contract. Noriko Gasztro Kft. does not archive it, and it will not be accessible later.

Other Legal Remedies

If any consumer dispute between the Service Provider and the User cannot be resolved during negotiations with the Service Provider, the following legal remedies are available to the User:

  • Submitting a Complaint to Consumer Protection Authorities: If the User detects a violation of consumer rights, they are entitled to file a complaint with the consumer protection authority competent according to their place of residence.
  • Conciliation Board: For the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes concerning the quality and safety of products, as well as the conclusion and performance of the contract, the User may initiate proceedings before the conciliation board operating alongside the competent professional chamber according to their place of residence.

Court Proceedings

The Customer is entitled to enforce claims arising from consumer disputes before a court within the framework of civil proceedings pursuant to Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code and Act CXXX of 2016 on the Code of Civil Procedure.
